Default 2nd plane

i have been soloing for some time now and need a second plane. i have a P51 Mustang but i am going to use that as a 3rd or 4th.
i am looking for something bigger than a 60 size but i dont have anytime to build one from a kit as i dont get much time working as an EMT. a used one would be good as long as it has the engine installed. also i dont want to pay too much for it as my wife wont let me spend alot as we are buying a house. I know i am asking alot but any suggestions would be welcome. thanks paul.

The Sig Four Stars (40, 60 & 120) are excellent 2nd planes--see attached pics on my 4*40:

Ill 2nd the 4*. Mine has enlarged rudder and elevators. the wing has a bay chopped off each tip. Flies great on high rates and will do stuff youd never figure a 4* would ever do.

4* or a Goldberg TigerII or 60. Either planes would be a great second plane. A Sig Midstar would also work fine as a second plane.

TN thats a beauty!

Pauluk: I would poach over in the swap-shop and look for RTF stuff- there are some great deals going on in there...

When you go avove .40 size the options go WAY down- []
