Due to the longer span from the servos to the elevator and rudder, the pushrods use a maple(dont quote me on that! could be basswood.) centerpeice with 2 metal pushrods coming out of both ends. One with threads for the clevise, the other is just a rod to go through a pushrod connecter that is on the servo horn.

You can use 1/4" sq balsa or 3/16" balsa or bass wood to make new control rods. Just buy some 12" control rods with the threads on one end and cut them in half. make a small bend in one end, insert it in a small hole in the wooden push rod and wrap it with thread and give it a couple of coats of CA and it will last forever.

I creamed my avistar and have been doing a rebuild, and was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what the angle of attack of both the wing and horizontal stab are, in relation to the longtitudinal axis of the model?

Thanks so much for the help!! I have a couple more questions though, how wide is the fuselage at the wing cradle, and how far back is the leading edge of the wing from the fire wall, thanks again.
