Default fuel regulators

does anyone have any experience with them?....i have a UCD .46 with a .82 Saito and i'm having problems with fuel flooding the carb 'cause the tank is too high and i'm not sure how to lower it without drilling another hole for it or raise the mount...

i did find a regulator but i dont know anything about them.... Here

I havent used the Ironbay unit...but the cline regulator works on the same priniple. It solved all my tuning and flooding issues with an inverted saito.
