Default Speed Control Help

Hi all i am really new to this and would like some help with my kontronic sun 1000 speed control.
It has APM (auto programing mode)

Below is a page from the instruction booklet telling you how to configer the esc to your tx throttle positions.
Could somone please tell me in their own words what i have to do to configure it to my tx.
And do i have to do it every time i connect a battery.

Cheers
Joe

With no brake, switch the transmitter ON, throttle to full speed. Then connect the battery to speed controller, should hear 2 beeps from speed controller, then move throttle to min, should here 3 beeps from controller. Will be set and won't need to be reset untill you change radio settings. Make shore that the motor is conected and securely mounted before connecting the battery to the speeed controller.

Cheers.

Joe,
Yes full throttle, assuming you don't want motor braking.

You'd have to repeat this every time you connect the battery.
