Errrrr ... what is an Aileron UP RIGHT DOWN?
You can have:
ELE - UP
AIL - LEFT
RUD - LEFT
ELE - UP
AIL - LEFT
RUD - RIGHT
ELE - UP
AIL - RIGHT
RUD - RIGHT
ELE - UP
AIL - RIGHT
RUD - LEFT
ELE - DOWN
AIL - LEFT
RUD - LEFT
ELE - DOWN
AIL - LEFT
RUD - RIGHT
ELE - DOWN
AIL - RIGHT
RUD - RIGHT
ELE - DOWN
AIL - RIGHT
RUD - LEFT
ANything else? Hahahaaa .... seriously, try to give less throw for certain controls and you will see the plane flip over slowly and its a lot more graceful than looking like a drunken bumble bee. Have fun ...

That should give you a left upright snap roll. I say should because you need enough up elevator and left rudder to make the plane snap. Fairly large control surfaces and a slightly rearward CG also help.
To do a waterfall or flip-flop, you need a plane with very large controls and 45 degrees plus movement. Fly level, partial power, quickly pull up to vertical, full down and full power.
