Default Reinforcing Stab and Fin, Part 2

I asked a question a couple of weeks ago about reinforcing the vertical fin and horizontal stabilizer on a Kadet LT-40 ARF. I'm in the process of doing that now. Another question has entered my little brain. Do I need the reinforce both sides of the fin and stabilizer, or will just one side do? If I only reinforce one side, should I alternate sides so as not to throw off the horizontal balance of the plane? I know horizontal balance probably doesn't matter on a trainer, but I want to get into the habit of doing things the right way for my future planes. I'm using 3/8" tri stock by the way. Appreciate ya'll putting up with my "dumb" questions but this is my first attempt at putting together a plane and I want to make sure I get it done the correct way. TIA

place your pieces on both sides of the rudder. trim away the covering, and use a 30 Min Epoxy. a light coat should do just fine. Oh and welcome to the builders square!
