Foam to foam: try mixing 50% yellow carpenter's glue 50% ProBond Polyurethane (or Gorilla Glue) Apply a thin film of the mix to the wing end, pin the tip on with toothpicks and tape the joint with common plastic packing tape. Set aside for 4 hours. (overnight is fine)
The mixed glue will expand into a foam and penetrate into the styrofoam. This joint is almost as strong as epoxy and 1/4 the weight.
I've used this glue mix in place of epoxy for the center joint of some foam core wings... The wing will break anywhere except at the joint.
