I have a Dragon Lady with a OS 108 on it turning a 15/8 prop. It flies really well. However slowing it down to land is another thing. It seems like you have to fly it in. Other wise it seems very unstable in slow flight. It that just the way this thing behaves or am I doing something wrong as usual?

what prop is this ?? ma or apc?
you can go for a new prop with a lower pitch .. it will reduce overall speed , say a 15*6 or 15*7 apc prop
or u can go for a bigger diameter prop with a lower pitch. 16*5, 16*6 apc

Yes, what bobi said. Also, (carefully now) use a longer, lower approach, and drag it in with the elevator. You might want to try this upstairs, -put in a couple of more clicks of elevator trim, and see if this doesn't help.Don't get carried away-but remember your elevator is your speed control, throttle it your altitude control. If it is unstable at that low speed, you could also move your c.g. forward just a bit.(ADDED STABILITY and IT SHOULD SINK OUT AT A HIGHER THROTTLE SETTING). Other than that- get it down on the deck and use throttle trim to kill it , and dead stick the last foot of altitude.-I know, I know.

Too flat of an approach with that high pitch prop will have your plane coming in hot. Try adding in up elevator to give the plane more of a nose up attitude. The more the nose is up, the slower the plane will go. There will be a point that the plane is coming in nice and steady at a slow speed. The nose high landings also look pretty cool. You might want to try this up high first so that you check out just how slow you can go before it stalls. You will also want to know what the plane does when it stalls so there won't be any surprizes!.
