When I do rolls with my Uproar, it significantly drops in altitude. Several of the guys at the field indicated the plane is too nose heavy. Any thoughts?

Many Futaba radio manuals have a "Pattern Aircraft Trimming Chart" that describes certain ways to fly a plane and what to look for to help optimize your setup. I know it's in this one:

Carrell

Thanks for the link, it has good tips on trimming.

Based on the table, the guys at the field were correct in that the plane is nose heavy. I will recheck the balance and start to remove some lead I added to the nose.

Thanks

Dave
