this spinner came with the kit and i don't know how it works and the instructions doesn't say how i've added some pics of the spinner it has some spinning thing in the middle with a phillips screw

Your pictures are a bit fuzzy, but I think I can tell what is going on. I assume that there is another piece that goes inside the spinner that the phillips screw goes into. That will be the adapter. That should thread onto the shaft of the motor (after you install the prop, thrust washer, and prop nut), and then you thread the screw into to adapter to attach it to the motor. See attached diagram
