I have gone to hays and one of them said they would help by buddyboxen but it has to be my plane I will fly.

So Hanger 9's raidos have the trainer cord hook up in the back of the controller for buddy boxen
If'n ya want boxen then Hobbico's kin box 2

Yes they do. The instructor needs to have compatable equipment and you will need appropriate trainer cords. Suggest you verify all of this available so there will be no disappointments at the field. It is normal for you to provide the plane, especially in smaller clubs.

I bought a cord that is compatible from jr to futaba. The only thing, is the buddy box has to have power. It can't be a "dummy". Hope this helps. I ordered it from horizon

Please calm down tsands. There is a difference between pompous and playful. IMO I don't think Britbrat meant any harm.

I use Hitec radios. Hangar 9 doesn't make a radio system

Hey guys, a sense of humour goes a long way in life.

As I said, Hobbico's RTFs (they use Futaba radios) also have buddy-cord capability -- & that capability is compatible with Hitec radio equipment.
