Default Need help mounting engine mount

I'm putting a new engine on my Twist, and can't find a mount that lines up with the stock blind nuts(old mount is on different plane). They are all about 1/8-1/4" off.
How should I mount this? I thought about re-drilling two new holes, but wasn't sure about the 1/8-1/4" extra.
Should I fill the holes with epoxy, and then drill, or epoxy on a piece of ply to the firewall?
Any ideas?

Hi Backwing,

If it were me I would plug the old holes with dowels and epoxy. Let it dry, then redrill for the new mount. You could also use JB weld to fill the holes.

Dowels and epoxy is the simplest method.

You can redrill the firewall or redrill the mount. Either way will work well. Plug the original holes in the firewall with dowels and CA.

I've got to agree with the above. Use dowel rods to fill the old holes in, and then redrill the firewall for your new engine mount.
