I'm looking for a decent 60 size ARF trainer.
Don't have the time to build and want to be able to see the thing in the air !
I'd like to use one of two K&B 60's that I already own.
Can anyone suggest a good bird that can accomodate flaperons ?

Actually any of them can use flaperons, Not sure if you are thinking of flaps but flaperons are when you program the radio to put both ailerons down like flaps but will still move like ailerons, A little elevator mixed in also to keep the plane level, The only thing you will need is a plane with two servos for the ailerons and a radio that can do the mix. Almost any of them can be made to take two servos with little modifications. Unfortunatly most trainer ARF's are in the 40 size but there are a few out there like the Great Planes Big Stik 60 ARF http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...1&I=LXBMM8&P=0 and at my club someone has a The Worldmodels Mfg. Co. Super Stunts 40 and flies lke a dream and was his first trainer, They now make it in the 60 size and can use seperate flaps but I'm not sure of the price but World models make some top notch ARF's http://www.theworldmodels.com/superstunts60.htm
