tfarmer, that depends upon what engine you are putting the a3 plug into, so can you enlighten us what engine you are using ?

tfarmer96,

The A3 is a hotter plug than the standard A8. I use both in my sport engines with great
success.

tfarmer96, The Evolution 46 should work OK with the A3 plug, If you are having a problem with them , then put in 5%nitro into the fuel , and it will work OK

Tfarmer,
I fly A3 plugs in all of my 2-stroke engines. Go ahead and use them, you won't have any problems with them at all.

Tfarmer, dont no if it matters, but the plug that came in my Twist RTF,
which has a evolution .46 is longer than either of the o.s plugs
by about a 16th of inch
manual calls for a hanger 9 super plug (han3011)
maybe the O.S LC3 plug would work better

The OS plugs will work just fine in that Evo 46. It's what I use in my evo .46...

The A3 will work perfectly well -- however, the A3 is also cheaper -- did you pay for #8's, or did you pay for A3's?

have you called them up and asked them why they sold you something you didnt ask for? not saying that it wont work, but I hate it when someone "sells" you something you didnt ask for.

I think they overcharged you 3 bucks total. Tower charges 3.99 for the A3 and 5.49 for the #8.

Which hobby shop? I live in Garland so I'm curious.
