any suggestions on running the antanna wire threw the tubing without useng guitar string?

I just used a small diameter wire longer then the tube. Taped the wire to the end of the antenna wire a then pushed the wire thru the tube,
Just us a small piece of tape. Doesn't take much to holt the wire and antenna good enough for you to pull thru.

Any small wire will do. Put ONE small drop of CA on the end and butt the ends together until they stick. Then pull it through. Release with bebonder or slice carefully with a sharp blade and you won't even remove any wire.

I can usually just push the wire through though, depending on the size of the tube.

i just put a drop of oil on stubborn ones and they usually go through a lot easier
