Default 0S 91 2 STROKE MUFFLER

I have a cap sport with a os 91 2 stroke and the pitts muffler lost one of its down tubes. It looks like it just fell off. Its quite a bit louder but still seems to run ok. Should i replace the tube or just leave it alone. Will it develope enough muffler press at idle? Any ideas on how to attach the new tube (weld,jb weld??)

thanks

It probably requires a good (skilled) aluminum welder but it would most likely be cheaper to buy a new muffler.

I belly landed the same engine with a pitts muffler and riped out one of the pipes. I purchased an industrial grade epoxy at made for metal and glued the pipe back on. Ive got more than 5 flight and its still holding just fine.
