BREAK IN FOAMING

I'm not new to nitro, but new to plane engines. Today started the breakin of my Mag .46 w/remote HSN. I got it to fire, but the fuel line from HSN to carb is full of tiny bubbles, the line from the tank has a few bigger bubbles. I can prime it fine fuel line fill no bubbles but once it is comming up to temp(about 1min) here comes the bubbles, then it quits will not run below 1/2 throtle. Is the remote my prob? The tank is tight, lines are new, nothing leaking. Any help I would love. Thnx in advance.

Maybe its running to lean?
Try to fiddle with the valve on the side to see if you make can it richer and that may give you less bubbles.

fuel foaming can be caused by vibration.is the tank mounted in foam,did you balance the prop?unbalanced prop be it wood or composite are one of the main causes of vibration.

Well I got it fired, but the tank is really vibrating, I'm doing as the manual says, start at 1/4 throtle warm up to 1/2 then run at 4/4 throtle for ten min. 1/4 and 1/2 are fine but when I get to 4/4 throtle the tank is vibrating so much it gets alot of air in the line. I balanced the prop and spinner, what else can I do?

Have you padded the tank? are you using good foam padding? if it's to dense it's like having no padding at all... also if you pack the foam in to tight it will cause foaming. If the tank is properly mounted and padded you still have something loose or out of balance... check all your engine/motor mount bolt's and recheck your prop/spinner. One other thing comes to mind... depending on the plane, If your running it up with the wing OFF that in it self can cause bad vib's.
Where are you flying? I fly out at Apex dry lake most every weekend... EARLY... I have an engine tuned and running waiting for just enough light to fly
gota beat the HEAT!!!! I would be glad to help you out if you want to come out there. If your around the North field or bennet you will find several guy's willing to help you out.

Thnx for the help. I haven't even got a tank through it yet, still tryin to break in the motor. The only place I know of is the one by Sam Boyd Stadium. UnLike with my nitro 4wheelers, I want this perfect before I even think about taking to the air. Plus I only have a motorcycle, will be getting a car or van as soon as my Profitsharing/401k check shows up in a week.
