Hi Guys
I'm just about to finish my first plane with a servo in each wing half.
I read somewhere that the extra long leads can cause problems,so I bought some ferrite rings.
Can someone tell me exactly which part of the servo lead to fit them on and how many time do you wind them around the ring??
Thanks

IMHO this will be a waste of time and effort. Ferrite beads , properly used, can aid in some areas but this is not one of them. If you use adequate size wire and very good connectors, no other aids will be required. The connectors are very important and are the cause of 90% of problems associated with long leads.

Hi Guys
Thanks for your answers so far.
I did read in the British Model Flying Association safety hand book that they were recommended, however nobody in our club seems to use them!
Oh well I'll keep them till I get my 1/4 scale job!
