I used the number 248. They are 2" by 5/32. I just cut the length to fit inside the wheel pants.

Thanks for that info, I plan on doing it to my Pulse as soon as I get it. I take off from a grass field, so I'll raise the pants a little so it won't get in the way with the grass. We usually cut the grass before our Sunday and Tuesday get togethers. It's not only a R/C club, we also have Ultralights come in and out of there as well at times.

I really haven't heard any War stories about the Pulse, and Hanger 9 is outstanding when it comes to the ARF. Goldberg is right on top of the list as well. This is a great Forum, I hope to read more on the comparisons to these ARF's and kits, and what you people have done to improve the quality. Many of you have more experience in flying some of these birds, so I will listen and take the suggestions at heart.

I've flown the T-2 for years with many different engines and they are all great!

However, there is another plane you might look into. The Worlkd models Sky Raider 2 or the WM LA Racer. Both are great low wing aerobatic trainers when set at low rates, but will perform any trick you can think of (short of full blown 3d) with high rates and a good .40 - .46 engine.

And at $69.95 for the arf, you can buy 2 for the price of 1 T2 or pulse!
