Default Rudder swivel degree

Hi.

I've just finished assembling a GWS Beaver.
The elevator has the maximun degree it can swivel, restricted by the triangle-shaped hole in the tail of the fuselage.
My question is, what's the maximum the rudder should move?
Originally I set it up to travel almost 90 deg. left and 90 deg. right (setting the travel feature on the transmitter to + and - 90 %), but when I tried to steer it on the ground the rudder stick seemed too sensitive (the plane wiggles left and right along the runway)
What's the right degree of turn for the rudder, left and right?

Thanks

I'm not sure for that model, but even the 3D guys don't use 90 deg of travel! Unless you count 45 left and 45 right.

For the GWS planes try around 25-30 degrees for rudder and 10-15 degrees for the elevators.
