Default What Should I buy?

I'm looking for a small electric and not sure what I should get, I'm rather new to airplanes but, I spend a whole lot of time on the sim flying planes. Don't want a trainer. Somethign like this is what I had in mind:

1- New
2- About $150 price range. that pretty much mean an electric.
3- 4 Channel, don't want a 3 channel.
4- Something that would fly outdoors in mild wind.
5- Doesn't have to be RTF, but something I could just drop a RX and use my TX.
6- Not looking for 3D or anything, a roll from time to time would be nice.

Considered a Horizon Super Cub till I realized there was no Ailerons. Something like that with Ailerons would work I suppose....

Any Ideas?

Thanks

Great Planes has two electric Super Sportsters, one is alittle larger than the other. Both come pretty complete, just add a radio and some miscelaneous items and seem priced reasonably.

Thanks guys...

Says:

Includes: complete power system, featuring a 550-size motor, 2:1 gear drive, prop, spinner, 30A ESC & 7-cell 2100mAh NiCd battery pack

Requires: 4-channel radio w/3 mini servos and charger

Doesnt say anything about RX? Anyone know if it comes with the RX and if so what shift? Can I use my JR?

Thanks !! I like it !! Not bad for $109.00. Just read the manual... The video and descriptions are a bit misleading. Says only needs radio and charger. Not really true. Anyhow, looks like a nice plane. I figure $20 a servo x 3 and a RX and Im flying... I have my RX and charger... What servos do you guys recommend for it?

Maybe Hitec HS-55's or Futaba S3110's? I'm not sure what size servo it takes, the manufacturers web site should have some information.

Based on what you are saying, a mini-ultrastick would be a good plane for you. However I do not recommend people skip the tough trainer phase. Work on a simulator is helpful, but REALLY flying an RC plane is different.

$89 - ARF

$199 - receiver ready
http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...ProdID=EFL2350

I think one of these would be a better choice, considering your inexperience.

Magister ARF - $109

GWS E-starter kit - $35

MiniMag RTF - $195
This comes R/E - YOu add the ailerons.

Space Scooter RTF - $159

I presume this is a joke, but in case it is not...let's see:

Out of the price range

Not a beginner plane

Not 4 channel.
