Yes, you guys are right.. i am missing the rods!
Wow, i am not impressed so far of that place where i bought this, maybe that box got open before by them or somebody else...
The worst part is, the shop is on vacation for 3 weeks!
sad story...
thanks again.

Well, don't blame the dealer right away. Chances are he didn't have anything to do with the shortage.
Try customer service at www.Horizonhobby.com like it says on the front page of your manual. At least you are narrowing it down. Check to see if anything else is missing before contacting them. Might as well handle it all at one time.

Yes, it doesn't hurt to try. I bought a GP Spirit Elite Kit this weekend and all of the plywood in the kit was deformed. I emailed GP directly last night and they are shipping me the replacements.
Always ask, it never hurts. If Horizon can't/won't help, then you have 2 options, you can either wait for the shop to come back from vacation, or order something that would be a suitable replacement. But I do highly recommend contacting Horizon first.

On the plus side Horizon hobby has fantastic customer service. I don't see any problem with them shipping you out the replacement parts right away.
