Hi everyone,
Just got my monokote in and would like to hear/see some pattern ideas for my LT40. My colors are crimson/cream.
Thanks

MonoKote offers a sheet of suggested trim schemes for high and low wing planes. Should be available at most hobby shops that sell their film. Also, looking at members galleries on this home page.

The attached photos are a Great Planes PT-60, built by my brother. The trim scheme is a variation of the one minnflyer used in his covering videos. We didn't have any blue monokote so red was used wherever blue would have been. It is very visible in the air. You can definitely tell the difference between top and bottom; even if you're pretty far away.

Here`s mine.I`m going to add a 1 inch strip of yellow to the leading edge of the wing to make it a little more visable. So far this design can be seen really easy.

I will get some shots of my latest up shortly.
I just finished a PT-40 that is done in a White base, with a solid Blue bottom, then I have red and black trim on the wings. Inside the Red on the Wing, I have cut out the head of a T-Rex, there is also one on each side of the tail. I cut out script on the side DINO-MIGHT as the name of the plane. My 6 year old Son Loves it!
