I started flying/crashing a Sky Fly with a 27 mh radio on channel 4. I like the radio very well. I just purchased a Slo V and I made sure it was also on 27 mh, channel 4 also so that I could use the original radio which is more conventional to something that I might upgrade to in the future as far as it having two lever action. .
Neither radio will nudge the other planes receiver. Both are on 27 mh and channel 4 but they don't interact at all. What am I missing here?

From: Laurel, MD,
Or they could be using totally differnet frame rates and timing arrangements.
it's actually more surprising that all the various brands of transmitters using FM-PPM actually do work with each other's gear (except for shift direction). I think that's going to turn out to be the exception rather than the rule in the long term. Between PCM and 2.4ghz, I suspect the days of mix-and-match TXs and RXs may be numbered.
