RE: GP Sportster Deal?
Looks like a good deal to me. Tower Hobbies sells the ARF alone for $150. I just compleated a super sportster kit. This was my first step fron the trainer also. I dont know much about the evolution engine but have read some good info about them here on RCU. Im still learning my SS but it sure is fun. Included is a picture of mine.

Looks like a good deal to me. Even if you don't have a radio to fly the included JR transmitter, this deal would still be good if you had to buy a replacement receiver.

RE: GP Sportster Deal?
There is a little pin on the needle valve knob that wont let you lean out or richen up the engine as much as you might like. remove that pin and all is good

I haven't had problems running the Evolutions in cold weather. I just use a slightly hotter long plug.
It's best to remove the blue collar limiters altogether instead of merely pulling the pin.
If you pull the pin, the limiters will still prevent the needle from traveling "inwards" as you screw it in.
That happens because the blue collar is fixed to the needle, preventing it from moving down.
