There are a lot. Try a search on your favorite search engine like google, ask, etc.
One that I refer to alot (here at RCU being first of course) is airfieldmodels.com and it covers alot of material.
If you are new to the hobby check here too: http://www.rc-airplane-world.com

One of my favorite reference sites, in addition to RC Universe of course, is the AMA's Sport Aviator website:
http://www.masportaviator.com
The website is specifically geared toward beginning RC pilots and covers a very wide variety of topics. Their favorable review of the Thunder Tiger Easy Trainer 40 super combo in no way influenced my recommendation. [X(]
Good luck, and good reading!

There are lots of links to RC sites on Tower Hobbies web site
www.towerhobbies.com
Horizon also has a lot of articles online
www.horizonhobby.com
Of course a lot of the articles promote the items they sell, but they also have links to sites they do not own.
