Hi,
Does anyone make a peel and stick patch that matches close to the transparent blue that Sig puts on the Kadets?
I think the Sig covering is not the best.

Don't know about peel and stick, but if you can find covering material that makes you happy as far as color match goes, then use the windex method to stick it on, after windex dries then use some trim solvent to seal the edges down good.

I assume you have the Kadet senior.
Just use a small square of clear unless cosmetics are important to you on a trainer. I used some scotch tape for a small hole I made with hot metal while dremeling the control horn screws.
You're right, the covering on SIG's is junk. BUT...all of the translucent covering I have seen has been junk too.
I used to think SIG made good planes, and they do, but only if you like HEAVY planes. I won't buy another one.....just not my kind of planes.
