I have a Perry pump I bought second had with a GMS 120 2 stroke. I have fired it up but it seems to delivery to much fuel. The pump is silver colour with Perry written on it. On the back plate there is a small hex bolt, is this a flow adjuster?? And if so which way do you turn it.
The other problem I have is I only run a line from the tank to the carb, Do I need a pressure relieve line to the exhaust as it seem the pump is causing a vacuum in the tank. The other question is I was going to put a bypass line on the main fuel line to carry excess fuel back to the tank is this a must too ??.
Hay thanks for any input!!!!!!!!!!!

you should have a crankcase pressure fitting somewere on your motor otherwise u will have 2 install one. one end of the in/out on the pump goes to the tank to the carb there should be an arrow showing you the correct path to follow for that deal.
here is perry site in case u need to hear something from them:

Hello there, I just setup my first perry pump. I agree the printed material is a bit vague...you did find the instruction set on their site?-its a PDF (includes sketches of tubing and mount scenarios) of what they include with the pump.....hex nut for adjustment-left(out) to decrease pump effect, right(in) to increase flow...seems counter intuitive but there it is. Mindful also in mounting that the little hole in the plastic end is facing down. good luck
