Default Pacer Hinge Glue...

I tried Pacer Hinge glue for the first time and its the easiest hinge install I have ever had. Theres no mixing and in 1/2 hour the hinge is in there solid. The stuff looks like wood glue but it isn't. I tried pulling a hinge out one of the hinges after about 30 seconds to reposition it and it had all ready started to set in place. The stuff works really well. It sure beats epoxy for gluing in hinges and all it takes is a little water and a light rub gets the left over glue off the covering after it has dried. If you haven't tried it and have hinges to install, consider using this stuff! [8D]

[sm=thumbup.gif] I've used it with equally good results.

When I first saw it, I didn't think it would be as good as epoxy. So I did a couple of destructive tests. Used some scrap balsa and hinged it. After it had time to cure, I tried to pull the hinges out. Wound up destroying the balsa right down to the stuff close to the hinge flats. Couldn't get that off without an Xacto. The stuff is excellent. Best part is how easy it is to use. And how easy it is to keep out of the hinge itself. I use wet paper towels bits to wipe any that squeezes out into the hingepins.

good stuff, nah......... excellent stuff
