Tried for over two weeks to contact them by all manner of options they give. Finally got some guy who obviously did not care about service, they had a lower online price than when I contacted them by phone and he didn't like to be called on it! real snotty. I can deal with folks who value my business.

I consider it to be the Walmart for RC planes. I bought a cessna there and it did not fly at all. It was completely underpowered. I also bought a wing dragon there and it fly's great. It is a risk!
