Bruce the above post was pretty good the 821's will handle the F4 ok. Motor I will ask my neighbor he had one. And man they are sweet. Some of the guys seem a little jealus of your wanting one lol. It is nice some of us can eat 700.00 and not give a rat about it. I also have planes that are way over my novice head but they are MINE and I can crash em if I want and go get me another until I finally learn. And yeah my local Hobby Shop dealer loves me. He just went on vacation with what I paid him over the last few months. I went with him lol. I think a 60 size might be the size motor but like you man I am still asking what setups to put in all my stuff. After all why by toothpicks when you can make your own rofl. I have a top wing trainer 60 size, a 40 size twist, a Sundowner(is sweeeet too) A p51 an eratix a ultimate Bi-plane A super Cub, 27% Cap 232, and a cosmic wind minnow, and a typhoon And have a blast looking at them. I do know that on Transmitter the Spektrum is the way to go I have seen a few planes get hit and some very nice ones at that. You are going to need a very good radio. You can crash if you want just don't let someone else or something else do it. And very good luck with your new plane hope you do well with it.

Some of you should read this before you post on a thread where people asking for help.

You were all new at one time.
You don't need to quote the rules to me, I've been here a LOT longer than you and have helped a lot of new guys.

Resist? You don't know how much I've been doing that and still am.

No more though. I know the hopeless.

Ok, I think that this thread has gone on long enough.

elric249,
I am sorry that you are upset with the advice being given here. But it appears that you simply do not want to hear what you are being told. The people in this forum have many years of experience and most of them devote HUGE amounts of time in this forum to help beginners get started in this great hobby. You may think that they are telling you this to be mean or put you down, but I can assure you that is not their intent. They are telling you this information because they are trying to help you from making a huge mistake. You need to remember that many of these experienced member have seen people in your situation many times in the past, so they can indeed predict what will happen. One member said it earlier, the beginner's forum may not be the best place to ask this question. I would suggest reposting your question in the Warbids section. Those guys are experts in anything and everything that has to do with a warbird, and if anybody can tell you what you are looking for it will be them.

I think that this thread has just about ran it's course now. I'm going to close it down.

Ken

A .91 2 stroke or a .91 4 stroke will pull that Corsair around fine.

Standard servos will also work for that plane.
