What kind of decals are they??? I'm gonna venture a guess that they are stick on decals. Is it just one whole sheet of them? If so you'll need to use scissors or a hobby knife to cut out each individual decal. THen peel the decal away from the backing. Then apply it to the plane.

boy, It don't look like you can peel them off. I thought maybe it was the kind that you soaked in water or some other solution.

Not familiar with Goldberg in particular but there are three common decal types.

Water-slide

Die-cut self-adhesive

Uncut self-adhesive

Snip off a corner of the sheet and try to seperate the decal from the backing with the edge of an X-acto knife or razor. If that doesn't work soak the test piece in water and see if the backing absorbs the water and the decal covering slides off after 60 seconds or so.

And on some die cut self adhesive decals, they don't cut 100% around the decal, so you need to be very careful when peeling. You may want to go around the outline with an exacto blade to make sure it will peel off cleanly without tearing the decal, especially with complicated shapes.

You COULD try asking the manufacturer which is NOW Great Planes.
