Not really sure what forum to post this on. I am looking for a set of plans for a SeaMaster float plane. If this is the wrong forum tell me which one I need please.

RCM has many seaplane plans available.

Go to this link and about half way down the list of plans in the Seamaster.

Go to Google and look for: Free .dxf viewer

pick from the list, you should be able to find one that will work.

Go to this link and download Turbocad 2D. It's free cad software that I use to download the DXF file plans.
