Need to either put it on top (going to the stabilizer) or on the bottom. However, I cannot figure out any way to hook it to the bottom somehow. Any ideas?
Or, any other ways I can mount it? I really don't want to put it on top and hook it to the stab, I think it is pretty unsightly..

When I build I put a plastic tube inside the fuselage and exiting the bottom near the tail, it is then very easy when installing the radio to push the antenna through the tube and out the bottom where I stick the end through an unused hole in one of the control horns.

Take about 1 centimeter of fuel tubing. Cut halfway through it at the center. Draw the antenna through one end and out the hole at the center. Now T-pin the tubing to the plane somewhere. Hope that makes sense. That's what I do for all my planes, and it works pretty well.

I use a rubber band hooked to the tailwheel bracket if you have one, or I stick a t-pin in the back of the fuselage. I take a servo arm that you cut off, three holes at least, cut a slot to the first hole to form a hook and weave the antenna wire into the other two holes and hook it to the rubber band to keep it taught. Works great.

The plastic tube method works great, and here's a cheap variation of it.
Get a scrap stick and rubber band the end of the antenna to one end of the stick. Then slide the stick inside the back of the Fuse, and secure the forward end of the stick with a drop of CA.
