There was just a post on glues which i read.
All those glues dry to a hard finish.
Is there any glues that any knows of that dry to a semi hard finish for flexibilty?( kind of like silicone but stronger)

I build all kinds of stuff from foamies to balsa ( when i mean build i really mean repair)
I find epoxy too brittle specially if you want to build something up.
I use foam safe thick ca glue and that seems to work the best on foam to foam. The glue gun just melts it.
I use 5 min epoxy on wood to wood or wood to anything.
Athough epoxy on smooth plastic doesn't seem to hold up.
I do crash once in a while so i thought maybe i should use something with a little flexibility in it.

You might try Gorilla glue . I think there is a thread on its use and a new glue like it

I wonder how is it compare to gorilla glue, I wanted to use it in a flexible cable pushrod.

Aileens Tacky Glue (gold bottle at craft stores). It is a PVA glue (Vinyl based white glue) and stays flexible. Much like Type 56 canopy glue but cheaper.
If you want a more flexible glue go to a boating supply store and get some of the adhesives they use for deck hardware.

Thanks for all the info.
It's looks like it will be a trial and error venture to find the perfect glue
May i should mix two brands together and see what happens......???[sm=72_72.gif]
