Default How to apply monocote?

Is there an adhesive spray or is it "peel and stick"? Also is it heat shrink to get it real tight?

Absolutely!!!!! After typing the same messages so many times I took the time to start saving this stuff to a text document, so I can just cut and past it when I need it.

Don't worry, not better planning... Just lazy!!!!!!

Wait till you see the project Ken and I are working on now.

We spent a week together building a trainer - and video taped the whole thing!

I'm still editing the videos, and so far there's almost 3 hours worth!

When it's ready we'll let everybody know how they can get ahold of it!!!!

Mike and I really had a blast building the trainer this summer. It's kind of fun to stop with more advanced planes and step back to the roots of how we all get started in the hobby!!! Both of us were like a couple of new guys right after their solo flight when we flew the trainer. Just a couple of big kids with huge silly grins on our faces!!!!

I have the video from Monokote showing how to apply it. The video was given to me be a RCU member and, having watched it several times, I'd be happy to send it off to you. Not better than the videos created by the RCU members but worthwhile in its own right.

If you can get me your mailing address, either e-mail or pm, I'll be happy to send it to you. Part of the RCU "Pass It Forward" program.

Not to be picky but it's called "Pay It Forward" and was started by Bubbagates if I recall correctly. RCU was the forum that it was carried on. Due to circumstances the thread was closed but good that the spirit lives on.
