Default charge receptical

was wanting to put a charge receptical on my plug n play pulse xt but i cant really find a good place to install it seems like the only place to put it is on the thin covering and i dont think that will work have any of you guys installed one on a pulse and if so where?

With planes built as light as they are today, you have to make your own charge jack mount.

I just take a piece of lite ply large enough for the jack, find a spot on the fuse where it will fit in between the formers on the fuse side, then just laminate another piece on top of it that will span the formers that surround it.

On the lite planes, I just let the charge receptical dangle in the breeze. Doesn't seem to hurt anything

As suggested glue in a piece of lite ply to mount to.
I personally don't install charge jacks on most of my airplanes.
I use high capacity reciever batteries (1500mah or higher) and never have a need to charge at the field. I have to remove the wing to transport the plane home so I have easy access to the charge plug.
