Tower Hobbies.
Ok for parkflyers and 400ish size helis but I wouldn't use tham on anything bigger.

Heli Proz also sells them or at least they did before they also sell the Revolution whip antenna.

FWIW - I have used (and still use) the Hayes 18" loaded antenna on many of my 40 size planes. I did lose about 10' in the range check, but except for that, the receiver worked fine.
