I have used Tower for a good many years and I have never been displeased with there products or services, including shipping.I visit my local hobby shop and if I need something quick or a kit that just says buy me. I almost always spend about twice what I intended but it is only maney.

He retired after his tour as the CO of the Coast Guard Port Angeles Air Station. Do you know him by any chance? (aviation community is pretty tight knit especially in a community such as PA).
