Default Flight pack for an Ultra Stick 40?

I need a flight pack for my Ultra Stick 40. My other planes I have used the flight pack that came with the radio so this is the first time I have choose a flight pack. How does this one look [link]http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products/Default.aspx?ProdID=HRC23942[/link]
Is there a better alternative in this price range? I don't mind spending a little more if it is worth it.

I have always just ordered another one of these, on my current channel:

By the time you buy the flight pack for $99, and the crystal for ~$10, you are pretty close to this price. If you do not need the additional TX, you can donate it to your club as a buddy-box.

Otherwise, the pack you have picked looks like a good one. Just make sure that the RX shift is the same as your existing radio gear.

Good luck.

I already have one of those radios I can't get rid of. Our club has four or five of them floating around and the local hobby shop can't give them away. I also heard the sevos in the pack I listed Hitec 425BB were better than the ST47 JR Sport? Is this true?

They are probably better servos. It sounds like the Hitec flight pack is the way to go.

I haven't used the Hitec 425BB servos, but I have used the cheaper, Hitec 311 servos ($8.99 each) in several SPADs, and they have been good servos. I imagine the 425BB's will be even better.

I have 7 Hitec 425 servos and the Hitec 8 channel receiver in my red Ultra Stick 40. I use the Futaba 8UAF transmitter. It is set up for high rates only and 40% exponential. It is a blast to fly. It will fly gentle as a lamb or do snap rolls so fast you can hardly tell its orientation.

My original flight pack (to match my Futaba 9C) was the R319DPS synthesized RX and 7 S3004 servos. A whopping 3 flights and now I'm changing that out to a JR X9303 2.4GHz system with the R921 RX and 7 Hitec HS475HB servos.
