Fuel Line Placement?
The tube resting against the engine case won't matter, unless you're using the old vinyl stuff. (which almost nobody does any more.) the neoprene can take the heat of being connected to the muffler pressure tap... that's at least as hot as anywhere else on the engne case. (inside the muffler is a bit hotter... and neoprene can even take that for a while.)
