RE: Need some advice
You might check out the control line forum for expert advice:
http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/forumid_231/tt.htm
Getting started in control line flying should be relatively simply. Tower Hobbies carries several Almost-Ready-to-Fly (ARF) control line planes from Top Flite including the $59.99 Top Flite Streak C/L ARF:
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXDVF3&P=0
Combine one of these ARFs with a suitable engine, lines, and handle and you've got yourself a Control Line airplane.
Good luck, and don't be afraid to search out more detailed advice.

Check out www.brodak.com. It is much easier to learn if you can find someone who already flys. Check AMA web for clubs near you. I will check latter to see if I can find anything. I fly 1/2 A and .40 size.

You'll still need glow fuel, a fuel pump, a glow ignitor, and a chicken stick or electric starter. Other than your field equipment, though, that Ultimate Combo should have everything else included.
