It depends on what you want out of the hobby.
i'm not a great fan of the toy type park fliers (the B2) but if you just want to tool around and thats the limit of you finances well so be it.
The sky scooter is closer to the conventional electric model but is about 3 times the price, if your looking at buying the complete package i would also up grade to the Laser 4 radio and an ESC which of course will add more $$

If possible try moving up to a 40 size glow powered trainer. They fly much better. They cost more, but once the plane is broken or worn out, you still have an engine and radio gear that is transferable to a huge number of other planes.
