I'd go with a Great Planes Revolver and put a .61 two stroke in it.
I have one matched up to a TT.61Pro swinging an APC 11x8 and it smokes, easily over 100mph.

Made the first flight today..that viper was fassssst fast is a under statement, it was so fast it wasnt fun to fly lol..clocked at 187mph the first time and the 2nd clock was 192mph and that was a flat pass..I was affraid to dive it. You guys were right, the balancing was a real pain and I had to reinforce it with carbonfiber tape, and the landing was even fast and hairy at 25-30mph, it was a real thrill to fly but the .61 is just too much power for it, it became a dot very quickly! im going to put a O.S.46 back on it and call it a day!

If your Viper went 192 with a .61 on it you should get your radar checked!

I agree - that radar needs to be checked. I fly another buddies Viper with a Thunder Tiger 40 Pro, and in full race trim it's been tracked on radar at 127 mph. With a sport .61 maybe 135 on a very good day with a tail wind.

Did anybody else find it interesting that he started out having no idea what plane to buy and then three days later the plane was built, had been flown and had been clocked by a radar.
