Balancing Jet Fan
I added weight to the light fin. The fan seems to be stopping at different points each time. However, when I spin the fan with my electric drill, it vibrates. What am I doing wrong?!

It is very possible that the drill shaft is bent, but don't let that take away from finding out if the blades are balanced properly. I have seen many bent drill shafts.
