Default what kind of covering can I use on my Cub

I am finishing a 1/4 scale clipped wing Cub and I want to use something other than Monokote or Ultracote. I like the fabric but not the price of coverite. Any suggestions for a good covering. I am able to paint so that would be no problem.

Gene, give the Solartex a try and when you see how easy it is to use and how it makes you look like a pro you will be using it for all your fabric jobs from here on out!!! If you want to paint then get the white or nutral, they may call it off white?? Just the best covering I have ever use!!!! Price, wellllll, it isn't cheap but if I cut loose of the money for it then the stuff has to be goo.
