Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but, I was just breaking in my new engine when i looked down at my DX7 and the display on the screen was completely upside down and there was this line of corrupted dots all over the top of the display, turning it off and then back on fixed it but i want to know if i should take it back and get a new one or not? I don't want to be flying and then completely lose control of my plane because of a faulty transmitter. It is brand new by the way.

Give Modelflight a call (08 81864250) and talk with them as they are the importers. I have the DSX9 and have had no problems with it. A lot of the guys in the club have the DX7 and have had no problems.
