the XLS .15 has a new home
after loosing the wing on my Super Cub conversion and scattering the plane, I decided to swap over my Parkzone T-28 to glow. the swap is complete!!! I didn't take pics during the swap but here is one of the finished project. the maiden flight is schuduled for sunday

Hehe, looks good man! Should fly real well with that motor - definitely better than the cub did. [X(] BTW, 15% fuel will dissolve cured polycrylic. Use thinned epoxy if you want to protect the foam from fuel.

I'm interested to see how it will compare to the turnagy 1100kv brushless setup I pulled out. I have a buddy that I fly with that has the same plane with the turnagy motor in it. we'll have to "run" them and see how it does. once I had the motor dialed in, in the Cub, the Trojan was just a touch faster in level flight. I'm curious to see if this airframe is faster. even if it's not there will definitely be a new coolness factor to the plane.
