Boy, do I understand that comment.

I like to build models.

I also like the ease of ARF's

There are times I just have to walk away from a particular build and either build something else or just futz around with ARFs or make changes to the existing (surviving?) fleet. I have one model on the bench I just went back to after a year of not feeling like working on it. It's a "builder's kit" that basically has a set of plans and a box of wood. Not even an image of the finished model except the small picture on the box; which doesn't really matter as I was bashing it into something much different. Now if I could just remember where I put all the components and figure how much I scandalized for other projects.

Some builds are fun, and others are a chore.
