depends
It depends on what functions (mixing) the radio is equiped with.
But, yes, it is possible. However, the roll may be more of a barrel-roll depending on wing location (low, mid, high) and air plane atitude.
A friend has a FireFly XL (I think thats what it is) that is a v-tail. Anyway, it has two functions. Throttle and yaw/roll control with the v-tail. The wing has lots of diahedral for stability. This park-flyer will NOT loop or roll for several reasons. 1) Theres not enough roll control to overcome the dihedral. The plane just banks/turns left or right. 2) Theres no pitch control 3) and even if there were the motor doesnt have enough power to push the plane thru a loop.
Cheers.
